Those who know me will tell you that when I discover something wonderful, I can’t help but share it. Whether it’s a great restaurant, a recipe, a book, or a product, if I love it, I want others to experience it too.
Over ten years ago, I discovered Barre, and I knew instantly that I had found something special. I was hooked from my very first class. Not long after, I found myself in Bali, completing an intensive Barre teaching program so I could share this transformative method with as many people as possible.
My happy place is in the studio, connecting with people and sharing something I’m deeply passionate about. Teaching brings me so much joy; seeing my students’ confidence grow, their strength improve, and their love for movement flourish is truly rewarding.
Barre is for everyone, all ages, fitness levels, shapes, and sizes. No ballet or dance experience is needed, and the results you’ll see (and feel!) come quickly and can be wonderfully addictive.
